The GATHERING OF THE PACK 2025 will occur at the Crystal Gateway Marriott located in Arlington, Virginia from 10 - 13 July 2025. The contract has been signed and the coordination has begun. Although we did not think we could do it again after 2023, the bar has been raised.

Thursday, 10 July, we will host an evening reception for those who are able to arrive early. Details will be posted soon.
Friday, 11 July, we are making a trip to the National Museum of the Marine Corps. We will leave the hotel at around 07:30 and arrive at the museum at about 08:30 so we will be there when the museum opens a 09:00. We will stay until about 13:30 and then return to the Hotel. We are in the process of scheduling busses and will have a sign-up available soon.
We are also working on another amazing event for Friday evening - details will be added when coordination is completed.
Saturday, 12 July, we will host a formal dinner for all attendees as the final Gathering of the Pack event for 2025. Tickets for the dinner are $85.00 per person. You can purchase your dinner tickets through the Wolfpack Store link posted at the bottom of this page. If you would prefer to pay by check, you can download, complete, then email or mail the Wolfpack Dinner Ticket Request Form posted below; mailing instructions are on the form.

Meet and Greet for those arriving on Thursday in the hotel. It will be from 1700 - 1900.
Friday Morning, 11 July
Busses will take us to the National Museum of the Marine Corps in Quantico, VA. We will arrive at the museum at about 0830 and stay until 1330. If you have never gone, you are going to love it - if you have gone, the new display is open. They know we are coming as a group and may or may not have some goodies for us. We will do a group photo there as well.
Friday Evening, 11 July
Busses will take us to Marine Corps Barracks 8th and I in Washington, DC to attend the Friday Evening Parade. The Parade will be from 1830 until 2200. We will be able to walk the grounds before the event. The Barracks Operations Team told us that since this is the 250th Year of the Corps, they have created an enhanced event for the Friday Evening Parades this year - miss it and you will regret it.
Saturday Morning, 12 July
Sleep in, have a great breakfast, spend the day with Friends and Family exploring Washington, D.C. But don't stay out too long, the Gala is in the evening.
