2025 Gathering of the Pack, Washington, D.C., 10-13 July 2025 - Event Information
The GATHERING OF THE PACK 2025 will occur at the Crystal Gateway Marriott located in Arlington, Virginia from 10 - 13 July 2025. The contract has been signed and the coordination has begun. Although we did not think we could do it again after 2023, the bar has been raised.
DEADLINE FOR TICKET PURCHASE IS JUNE 15, 2025 - GET THEM SOON.
Thursday, 10 July, we will host an evening reception for those who are able to arrive early. Details will be posted soon.
Friday, 11 July, we are working on some AWESOME events that we will announce soon. We can assure you however, if you miss it you will regret it. Details will be posted when all events are confirmed.
Saturday, 12 July, we will host a formal dinner for all attendees as the final Gathering of the Pack event for 2025. Tickets for the dinner are $85.00 per person. You can purchase your dinner tickets through the Wolfpack Store link posted at the bottom of this page. If you would prefer to pay by check, you can download, complete, then email or mail the Wolfpack Dinner Ticket Request Form posted below; mailing instructions are on the form.

The Crystal Gateway Marriott is a short distance from Reagan National Airport (DCA). Once you arrive at the airport, you can take the Hotel Shuttle, ride the DC Metro Blue Line northbound (train arrives under the hotel), or take an inexpensive Uber Ride to the hotel.

Veteran Wolfpack Alumni If you can still SQUEEZE into your uniform and you want to wear it, the Uniform list below applies as well.

It is always nice to dress up for an event. This one is semi-formal but it is appropriate to dress to match your Marine.

Because it is going to be July in Palm Desert a nice summer dress will do - again, it is appropriate to dress to match your Marine.

This donation will be directly applied to the 2025 Gatheing of the Pack. This moderate donation will help pay for some of the "Extras" that are asssociated with hosting an event this size.
