About the Program....
Wolfpack, we need you to join our Nationwide Network so we can continue to "Strengthen the Pack". We have created a Network Contact Information Form that is posted below. What we need you to do is complete the form - NEATLY - so we can add you to our Nationwide Location Database.
The purpose of this program is to establish a communication network that will allow the Association to know where our Wolfpack Alumni are located throughout the Nation. This will allow the Association to communicate with our Alumni via email and, if necessary, phone so we can keep you all updated with the latest Association information more quickly and accurately than our current methods using Social Media.
The network will also allow us to create micro-networks based on proximity that will help Wolfpack Alumni to find one another and periodically gather as groups in periods between our Biennial Gatherings of the Pack. Gatherings can inclue but are not limited to: Local Birthday Ball Celebrations, Fun Runs, Group Bike Rides, Coordinated Veteran Events, and more. Representation by Wolfpack Alumni not only demonstrates the STRENGTH of our Association, but reinforces the STRENGTH of the PACK - NATIONWIDE.

Complete the Form....
This is one of those times where DETAILS MATTER and NEATNESS Counts. Complete all blocks of information that apply to you. If you do not fill in all of the information we are requesting, we will not be able to keep you updated on important information such as Association events, events in your area and requests for contact..
If you feel like you cannot complete this form neatly, find someone who can. The accuracy of information is essential to the success of this program.
Limited Information....
You will see a block for "Dates of Birth" DOB. All we need is the Month - if you want to add the year that would be okay too (it is listed on the form) but certainly do not put the day.
Willingness to Share....
You will see a block indicating your willingness to share your contact information with other Wolfpack Alumni - make sure you indicate whether you are or are NOT willing to share information.
If you are looking for an Alumni, we will contact them to let them know are you seeking them. If someone is looking for you, we will send you an email letting you know - we will let you decide if you want to contact them back.
Willingness to Participate....
if you are willing to participate in Wolfpack Association Activities, put your initials on the final line of the Wolfpack Network Contact Form. This will let us know that you want to become more involved in the Association and as we grow and expand our programs, you will become part of the process.
DD-214 is Required....
In order to verify your status as a Wolfpack Alumni, you MUST attach a copy of your DD-214 when you return your form. Black out all but the Last 4 digits of your SSN. This may seem like a stretch, but we NEED to know that you served with The Pack - your service with 3rd LAI or LAR Battalion will be clearly stated on your DD-214.
Once your service with The Pack is verified and the verification date is added to the Network Roster, the email with your DD-214 will be deleted.
Return your Form and DD-214....
You can scan or photograph your completed form and DD-214, then attach the scan(s) or photograph(s) and return to wolfpackassociation@gmail.com

All information shared with the Wolfpack Association will be protected. We will not share any information unless authorized by you in writing - Email or Formal Letter.
